a. Open the AlertPay homepage. Under the Personal Accounts section on the homepage, click the Open an Account link.
b. Wait for page to load. Choose Personal Starter then click Next button. Fill in your contact information and click the Next button on the lower right of the page.
c. It will then bring you to the Alertpay Account Login wherein you will have to fill in your desired email address (must be existing), PIN number, etc. Click the Register button afterwards.
d. Lastly, after registering for an account, you will be asked to validate it. Simply login to your email address and click the verification code and voila! You are done.
You can now start registering on PTC (Pay-to-click) sites.
